Any citizen can become a member of the library by enrollment and by signing the enrollment form, where (s)he agrees to the Rules on General Terms and Conditions when visiting the library and using library materials.
When enrolling, please complete and sign the application form and identify yourself with a personal document with a photo. By paying a membership fee, you become a library patron and receive a membership card, which is valid for one year. The membership fee is stated in the list of fees.
